This March marks two years of Medbury.
Most days feel pretty kinetic. We’re in motion — evolving, iterating, building. And that place and pace is where I’m most comfortable. But this milestone feels like a moment worth pausing for.
The work has grown. I’ve grown. And Medbury is becoming something that feels both surprising and inevitable.
Back when I was a Chief Product Officer and COO at a global agency, we didn’t have a formal executive LinkedIn offering. But by the end of my time there, we were getting asked about it constantly. People knew something was happening on LinkedIn — leaders were landing big opportunities, attracting talent, building serious momentum. Think: Revenue. Visibility. Impact.
But they didn’t know how it worked. There was no playbook. The tone felt hard to get right. The strategy, unclear. The platform: cringe and hard to master.
That was the gap I couldn’t stop thinking about. So I started building into it.
Helping people find and protect their voice, turning ambiguity into systems, bridging creative nuance with scalable strategy — it felt like the right intersection. Still does.
Where We Started
At first, it was just me, a laptop, some thoughtful Google Docs, and a crew of awesome, scrappy, and game solopreneur clients.
We clarified their voice, built lightweight systems, tested out strategies and tactics and wrote content that felt true. It worked. And then it started really working.
How We Grew
Over time, we expanded and began to lean into the B2B side of things — partnering with marketing teams to support full leadership benches. We wrote posts, managed publishing, built frameworks, strategy docs, internal messaging, brand page content, and trainings.
Growth came through word of mouth, referrals, LinkedIn, Substack, and a lot of trust. And as we scale, I get to work with an incredible range of collaborators — writers, strategists, designers, and operators — who bring clarity and depth to every part of this business.
The Name (and the Point)
Medbury is the name of the street I grew up on in Upstate New York. It also has old English roots, and means: “a maiden’s castle,” or “a castle so well built that even a single maiden could defend it.”
I mean… I’ll take it.
From the beginning, I wanted Medbury to feel like a stronghold — a container for clarity, voice, and boundaries.
And while we hire and work with all kinds of leaders and collaborators — including a lot of excellent men — a big part of this work, for me, has always been about creating roles that support and protect the women on our team. Where emotional intelligence is valued. Where deep work is possible. Where the structure supports the people inside it. , i
We don’t lead with that. But it runs through everything.
Where We’re Going
Right now, we support B2B companies, executive teams, and internal marketers across four core offers.
✅ Done-for-You LinkedIn Strategy + Content
We fully manage visibility for executive leaders and brand pages: strategy, writing, engagement, visuals, and approvals — all built around speed, consistency, and a clear voice.
We develop messaging frameworks, map posts to company priorities, and write content that reflects each leader’s tone and POV. Then we handle everything else. The result is thoughtful, well-aligned content that builds visibility and credibility — without draining time or feeling like a chore.
✅ LinkedIn Strategy Creation for In-House Marketing Teams
Not every company wants to — or should — outsource this work. But a lot of teams are hungry for a real framework.
We help in-house marketers build sustainable thought leadership programs:
Voice development for each exec
Strategy mapping to business goals
Editorial systems and idea banks
Scalable workflows
Strategy reviews to keep things aligned
Some companies bring us in for a big reset. Others work with us long-term. Either way, we help make the work better, faster, and lighter to carry.
✅ One-Time Executive Brand Strategy
For execs at inflection points — new roles, visibility goals, board seats, or just a feeling that it’s time to show up differently — we offer a one-time brand strategy session.
We map your voice to your organization’s mission, clarify your positioning, and outline where and how you should be showing up: LinkedIn, newsletters, podcasts, press, and beyond.
And because we’re obsessive, we often include extras — like ghostwriter or stylist recommendations.
Once, we even sourced a blazer in a founder’s exact brand color. She wore it in her headshots. Chef’s kiss.
✅ LinkedIn Trainings for Teams ❤️
Not every brand can — or should — pay for content support for every single leader.
But that doesn’t mean the rest of the team should be left out.
These trainings help ICs, managers, directors, and execs understand what LinkedIn can do for them — and how to show up in ways that support their team, their hiring goals, and the brand as a whole.
We cover things like:
How to share a win without sounding braggy
What to say when posting a job to attract talent
How to engage authentically with exec content
Ways to build visibility without oversharing or burning out
It’s part tone-setting, part practical training — and, in case you’re like: umm booooring? We bring the memes. It’s good.
This is one of our fastest-growing offers and quickly becoming a Medbury team + client favorite. (Book 15 minutes to chat on it here, if you’d like.)
📰 Coming Soon: Connection Request
Later this Spring, we’re launching a weekly newsletter for brand, marketing, and comms leads who want to sharpen their visibility strategies — not just on LinkedIn, but anywhere smart content shows up.
This pairs really well with our LinkedIn trainings, but works on its own, too. It’s $8/month per seat — and designed for companies that want to support their teams with smart, strategic visibility training between sessions. (But individuals who are hungry for this kind of guidance can subscribe, too.) Expect:
Real examples of great content out in the wild
Useful frameworks
Strategic nudges
And a little honesty about what makes all of this feel cringe sometimes — and how to move through it
If you’d like to be on the early list — and get 50% off your first year — just reply to this email to let us know.
The Plan
We’re not trying to do more just to do more. We’re saying no more often. We’re documenting more of what works. We’re refining how we show up — and helping our clients do the same.
Medbury still feels like a stronghold to me. But it’s also becoming a platform — one that helps thoughtful teams, brands and people build visibility with clarity and intention.
And beneath all of it — the systems, the strategy, the structure — I still believe this: building a business is a creative act. It’s intuitive. It asks us to show up, get into flow, and trust that’s where the good stuff happens.
If you’re working on something that matters — a company, a brand, a role that calls for more visibility — reach out. I’d love to hear what you’re building and how we might support it.
Thanks for being here.
More soon,
Meredith

Love this! It’s never been more important for companies and execs to invest in thoughtful LinkedIn content. Great to see how you’re making that possible for them. ✨
Can we just pause and appreciate the level of craft here? Systems with soul. Content with conscience. Strategy that doesn’t scream...it lands.
