Hey + Medbury Updates
Forbes feature, LinkedIn moves, Julia's 4-under-40 win and the tool our clients are obsessed with.
Hey friends,
It’s been a while since we did a link round-up, so here’s a quick look at what we’ve been working on lately. And of course we’re going to talk about LinkedIn.
We were in Forbes (!)
I loved collaborating with Cheryl Robinson on a recent article in Forbes Women - check it out here if you’re wondering what most people still get wrong about LinkedIn. It was a fun piece to work on and a nice little milestone for Medbury.
Guest Post + Erika Veurink
I also wrote a guest post for
’s excellent Substack, Long Live. It’s $8/month and 100% worth it. She also just shared she’s expecting (!!). Erika, congrats. 🍼💛I'm still getting really thoughtful messages about her Content People episode if you missed it. One of my all-time favorite interviews so far.
ADHD, caffeine, and capitalism (hear me out)
Not Medbury-related, but this recent NYT piece on ADHD really stayed with me. I’d suggest pairing it with Michael Pollan’s older interview on Ten Percent Happier about caffeine’s impact on our brain. Here's the through line for me: capitalism likes us better on stimulants. I’m not anti-capitalism, I don’t have ADHD - though Instagram would prefer I think otherwise! - and I’m definitely pro-coffee, but… there’s something there.
New site coming soon...
Our sweet, trusty little one-page website has served us well, but it’s feeling more like a snapshot of who we were two years ago - a scrappier agency focused on individual founders and early-stage teams.
These days: We’re a full-service LinkedIn agency for B2B brands and leadership teams - helping with everything from strategic visibility and thought leadership to employee activation and pipeline growth. The new site will reflect that shift, and we’re excited to share it soon. I plan to shout from the rooftops about it when it’s up in early June.
Dripify: The tool we can’t stop talking about
We’ve been piloting Dripify in the background for a while, and this past week we started folding it into client strategies more deliberately. This week we had four client calls around it, and the response was basically a unanimous: “Eff yes, let’s get this rolling ASAP.”
If you’re curious how we’re using Dripify to support outbound, brand awareness, and pipeline on LInkedIn: feel free to grab a few minutes with me here. Very cool stuff.
Employee LinkedIn Training Shout-Out from CORE Learning
Big thanks to Lori Kirksted from CORE Learning for this really kind Medbury shout-out on LinkedIn. She posted after our Head of Executive Content, Julia Lechner, led a LinkedIn 101 session for their internal team. (Nice job as per usual, Julia.)
These trainings started as a light add-on for existing Medbury clients - but quickly grew into a standalone offering. We now partner with orgs to help their teams show up more intentionally (and confidently) on LinkedIn. Sometimes it’s folded into bigger scopes and sometimes we’re just focused on training.
Here’s what that usually looks like:
We lead live training sessions on how to actually use LinkedIn - tone, content, engagement strategy, all in plain English.
We help teams optimize profiles, including creating a shared banner and visual identity across roles.
We coach managers and internal champions on how to highlight wins, celebrate teams, and organically amplify brand moments.
And we follow up with custom email sequences and prompts to keep what they’ve learned top of mind - and help your people consistently spread the word about what you’re building.
It’s hands-on, thoughtful, and designed to drive real visibility without making your team feel like they’re being forced to “just post more.”
Pricing typically ranges from $2,795 to $6K/quarter, depending on team size and scope. Feel free to grab a few minutes with me here if you’d like to learn more.
Julia: 4 Under 40 💛
While we’re on the subject of Julia - our girl got some very well deserved recognition this week. She was named one of Rowan University’s 4 Under 40! Go wish her a public congrats here. Julia, you’re killing it.
Legal Tech Love from Niki Black
And thanks to Niki Black - she of the 200K+ LinkedIn followers and an extremely sharp and popular Legal Tech newsletter! - for the recent shout-out. Appreciate the love. Listen to our Content People episode with Niki here.
Okay, that’s all she wrote.
Have a great weekend - and if you want help with your team’s LinkedIn presence (from exec visibility and pipeline-building strategy to team trainings or strategic consulting), reach out. We’re here.
