In 2009 I graduated from college and started my first full-time role as a content writer. Across the next decade I worked my way up and into nearly every agency role there is: from Copywriter, Managing Editor, and Director of Production to Chief Product Officer (CPO) and finally Chief Operating Officer (COO).
I’ve learned so much about the content and marketing industries, team building, people management, and what it means to be a good leader. And, I found that (for me, at least) working to be a highly competent leader is a meaningful way to (1) make a positive impact on the world and (2) become a more self-aware, intentional version of yourself.
