Still trying to get your company account traction on TikTok? Good news - you might not have to.
This week there was a lot of “TikTok’s out” coverage.
Popular social media expert Rachel Pedersen posted about the snark on TikTok and her preference for Instagram.
Slate magazine posted an article declaring “TikTok is on the decline.”
And the Slate Money podcast covered how TikTok’s lack of a licensing deal with Universal Music Group means no more Taylor Swift songs (or songs from any other UMG artists) can be used in TikTok videos. That could def kill the vibe.
In other news: If you listen to or read Content People you’ve heard me mention Medbury - the social media agency I founded last year.
Our site’s up - and I’d be honored if you’d check her out, cruise our testimonials, or sign up for our newsletter. I’ll be sharing a lot more soon - consider this a little Medbury teaser.
My favorite section? The Medbury Mood board.
And, finally, Content People is open for sponsorship in Q2. To learn more about advertising with us, check out the info here:
Ok - that’s all she wrote. Hope everyone’s having a great week.

Meredith
